1975 10hp chrysler no spark check list or link

Hi all,,, I just got a 10hp motor , gear oil looked good , compression felt good ,got it home it cleaned up real nice , well it dosnt make spark, I spent a couple hours going over posts . I removed the top (flywheel) all looked brand new, I question the stop button, is there a link or any one please give me a step by step check list ,test the coils ? how? thanks Geoff

moparnut, if you will go to cdi ignition or master tech marine 's web site,they both offer excellent ignition trouble shooting procedures to help with your issue of no spark.hope this helps ,keep us posted with your results. MOPARMAN ROLL TIDE
