had my boat and motor on the water everything is going find then I start to lose speed when I pulled the choke out motor worked fine when I push choke in lose speed. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do I have a speck of dirt some where?

Sounds like a fuel issue. Most likely a partially clogged jet in the carb. I would try doing a good carb cleaning, paying extra attention to the jets.
