I have spark top all 3 plugs, There is sufficient fuel getting to all 3 carbs, I unscrewed drain screw and primed the bulb and can see a steady flow to the bowls. Now this morning after I had assembled the power head It started and ran beautifully, I saw water building on the top of the cylinder head so I torqued down the two head bolts I forgot and tried to restart. It started right up and fell on it's face and I can't start it ever since. Please help. Serge.

Re: 1975 3 CYL 70HP won't fire/start

Serge,
I have this same engine. As I've previously stated, I had a lot of trouble until I figured out that the fuel line from the pump to the middle carb can easily get pinched between the silencer body and the engine.

I had replaced all the rubber under the hood and had left this line a little short the first time.

Second time I allowed some extra so as to not kink it right at the carb connection and properly route it through the gap in the silencer and on over to the fuel pump.
