Does the battery have a full charge? The motor needs to spin at 300rpm. Are all of the grounds good? Including the one going to the power pack. Are al of the coils good? I would start by doing a compression test and then try to see if any of the cylenders have spark and jump a 7/16 inch gap. It could be as simple as a missing ground or the power pack or coils could be bad. The stator or timer base could also be bad, but I would suspect the others first. Don't forget the kill switch either, make sure it is connected and working properly.
