1975 Century Venturer

Bought the boat earlier this year and discovered rot in the stringers. After debating selling, burning or pushing off a cliff, I decided to do a restore.
So far found really bad previous attempts to repair. Cracked exhaust manifold likely resulted in the major rot. No questions so far but sure I will have a few.

Above pic is cracked manifold over outside starboard stringer. Looks like its been that way for while

Gutted. Chainsaw did wonders to old deck. Cut stringers out with grinder
