1975 evinrude 70 hp

Hey all, I just inherited a 1974 StarCraft capri. It has a 70 hp Evinrude outboard. It does not say VRO on the motor anywhere. (Kind of thought it would) I also do not see an oil reservoir. So I’m assuming it is a pre-mix? Does anybody know what the ratio should be?

VRO did not come out till 85 on the 3 cylinder.----Mix at 50:1 in your tank.----Make sure carburetors are clean.-----Install a new water pump impeller.----Read an owners manual before launching you pride and joy.

Actually the powerhead has been painted and may well be a recent rebuild.----Serial # on the engine the same as the tag on transom bracket ?

Hm well serial # on transom bracket is original, (j0013701) but not seeing one in the engine itself…
