Do you have the bolts out of the cover? Tell us what you have done so far.

Hey thanks for the blow up the one i have is all fuzzy and hard to see. I removed the exhaust housing cover today and got off the thermostat housing and vernatherm although the check valve and pin were missing so i removed the thermostat plate and the versatherm valve was also missing. I removed the springs but they were cover with white melted plastic, could this be the parts that i am missing, are they made from plastic. I think the white plastic could be from my old impeller housing that i just replace cause it was all warped and melted alittle.

so the parts that Im missing are:

(46) 0314575 Pin
(47) 0318395 Check Valve
(54) 0308070 Valve Vernatherm

The two pieces (57 & 54) are supposed to be nylon, I think. They shouldn't melt. Anyway, they should be available at a dealership. If not, call sea-way .com in Seattle, they will have them.

The vernatherm is 105?, not 143?. Don't get the wrong one - its stamped on the base.

Hey ezeke. come to find out the white plastic was from those parts, because i found the check valve pin in the middle of the blob.
