1975 Johnson 9.9 Decals

Does anyone know where I can get the decals for the cover and cowling for a 1975 Johnson 9.9? Does anyone know who might make them? I'm restoring this motor. Thanks

I'm not sure where to get, although after an internet search of " evinrude decals" I did find a few sites. The decals I w3as looking for were for a 68, evinrude 33hp. I found some that would be acceptible but the cost was 70 dollars. NFW, so my next search was how to make decals. and I just ordered 10 sheets of clear injet waterslide decale paper for 11 bucks. I found the artwork I need for the decals and when it comes in next week I will attempt and report my results. so unless you find them for short money, be patient and maybe I will send some good news. Have you tried "nana's decals" on ebay?

Yes, I looked a Nana's and emailed them. They have decals for the cover for $40.00 and that's a little steep for me. They don't have nor can they get the decals for the cowling.

quagmire60, I haven't found any artwork for the 9.9 and I did check into silk screening vinyl. I think I'm going to check into a local sign maker that does vinyl signs and artwork. Guess I'll see what happens.

see if you can find some photos of what you want, my sister does grafic arts on the comp.

They've done work for me in the past and right now they are working on some graphics for my engine.

Go to the "contact us:" button and send a pic and ask for an estimate.

They do really good good work and the prices are reasonable in my opinion.
