?1975? Mercury 650 tilt & trim motor wiring

I bought a boat with a 650 and the trim motor was unhooked. besides the 3 wire plug there are 2 other wires in the harness 1 has 2 conn. on it. Where do they hook up?

also i know this is a stupid question but where is the impeller on this motor?
