I have a 1976 15 hp chrysler (152hc) I had it running but it ran very rough . So i changed the point's and condenser, now i can't get it to fire at all. I set points at .20 at the highest point. Then i checked the coil by putting a ohms meter inside the sparkplug boot and it read 7 on one side and the other side 6.8, don't know if this is good or bad and i have gas on booth pluggs. I even disconnected the kill button, but still not runnning. Any ideas????
Thanks Tracy

could be a hoste of things but as you were at the points thats the most probable cause ..did you get the insulating washers etc all in the right place ? Your readings 7 what ? ohms Kohms ?? Plug lead to earth a few thousand ohms .. the primary 0.2 ohms ....You seem to have set them right on the top of the cam .
