1976 18 foot Lucraft Deep-V Bow Rider

I bought a 1976 18 foot Lucraft Deep-V Bow Rider that needs basically everything replaced and a 16' Bayliner Capri as a parts donor.

The Lucraft has the original Evinrude 85 that is a corroded ball of scrap.

Naturally, the Bayliner has a 1989 Force 85 hp with power trim, but it appears to be in pristine condition and it also has a better condition to include the momo sterring wheel and throttle controls and related cables, lower and wider trailer, instrument cluster, hummingbird, AM/FM/Cassette and other things that I on using for the Lucraft.

I just joined the iBoat forum and am new to boats larger than a jon boat, so any advice people may offer to help me make this work would be appreciated.
