1976 AquaSprt Restoration, HELP NEEDED WITH ENGINE BRACKET PLACEMENT

Hello All,

I am in need of little help here..

I just completly restored a 1976, 19.6 Aquasport center console, I did stringers, enclosed the Transom, and the deck...
I have an outboard mercury 150, With a 25" shaft.... I purchased an outboard engine bracket that will bolt on the back of the boat to hold the motor... I am unsure of the placement of the bracket...

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to determine where the bracket needs to be mounted?

The transom bracket is used? Else shouldn't it have come w/ directions that should include a layout.....
