1976 evinrude 85 hp

i need to send away the timer base for remanufacturing. I took the flywheel off and i wasnt sure if the timer base was the green outter ring with the magnets or the inner ring with the 2 sensors or is it both? thanks

the green ring with the magnets should be the stator.
