Last year the motor seized up on me. I found a "new" power head, and am in the process of building it. I for the life of me, cannot remember, or figure out how the lock out lever is put together. Basically the spring of the white piece. I have manuals, but they don't help. Any body have a picture of this? I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

I suspect you mean the starter lockout lever, right? Sorry, but I don't have an assembled picture, but here is a blow-up picture.
Screw #74 pushes on one end of lever #77, making it pivot against lever #50, which locks the recoil starter. Spring #32 holds the lever in locked position, unless the above-described function happens

Thanks. I have that blow up diagram also. However, I can't seem to get where the spring goes to. (as far as where the tabs go)
