Hi , I just got my first boat,it's a 15'6" 1964 Chris Craft (corsair)glass with a 1976 70 hp johnson. It is bogging down when I hit wakes it barely run's. if i pick up the motor and move it side to side it work's fine till the next good wake. It goes great when it is right(30-35 mph with pep)...I changed the plug's and the coil's. I also drained the carb's through the bowl screws, forcing fuel through them individualy, cleaned fuel filter, all this and it still suck's. Also it will die on acceleration to mid or full throttle after I shut down then restart after sittin for a few,i have to fiddle with the throttle to get it right..Plus.. where can I find a diagram for my steering cable assembly?.it broke yesterday, i put it back together but it isn't correct I'm sure..<br /><br />Frustrated Skipper to be..
