Almost done.... New stringers and floor. Transom and bow deck were still good. Have a few more pieces to cover w carpet. Install hydrofoil, change thermostat, (preventative) water pump impeller done last year. Wish it had a 115 rude, have to live w/ 70 johnson. The top cap had many holes in bow area... few trolling motors over the years. Filled w resin jelly and resurfaced, covered w spray on truck bed liner. Hopefully it holds up. If so it was way cheaper than gelcoat or a new paint job. Carpet was only thing i was worried about (never done before) actually turned out good. Never laid glass either....This critter definetly turned out better than the pop up camper roof i rebuilt a few years ago... LOL Time to see if it still floats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
