I just finished rewiring a new 25hp Johnson I bought a few weeks ago. Everything seems to be hooked up correctly, but it seems like the starter motor doesn't have enough torque. Anyone have any idea whats going on? I posted a video of it bellow. I hooked it up to my car battery to test out all the electrical stuff.

Get rid of the jumper cables, hook it directly to a battery. If it is still hard to turn over, preform a voltage draw test, might be time to overhaul the starter.
