1977 evinrude 140 getting spark on 1 and 3 only

Engine got run with 24:1 fuel mix and eventually started running rough, fouled plugs and only getting to about half speed at full throttle. very hard to start, finally after replacing plugs and fixing fuel mix , but can't get it to idle on it's own. How do i fix the problem and find out why 2 and 4 cylinders aren't firing ? Model # 140743S.

My problem was low compreson on #4 rings broke,on my 76 115 hp,or you may have bad coils,I am thinking the module goes bad no spark on any cyl.
Check the ground wire,s.

could it be the power pack? Is there a way to check it and find out if it is working properly? thanks
