When you say all jets cleaned, did you also clean the idle circuit? That's often the cause of a stumble when you first open the throttle.

When one says "all"... you're really not saying which jets you actually cleaned.

The high speed brass jet is located "horizontally" in the bottom center portion of the float chamber, way in back of the drain screw. It needs to be cleaned manually with the blunt end (not pointed) of a piece of single strand steel wire as solvent doesn't do that job properly. Did you do this? If not, do so.

That brass jet needs to be perfectly clear... anything less and the engine will fall on its face as throttle is applied.

With the carburetor body held upside down, the float being viewed from the side, adjust the float so that the free end of the float (the end opposite the hinge pin) is ever so slightly higher (just ever so slightly off level) than the other end. And when viewed from the end, make sure it is not cocked.

When you cleaned the carb, did you remove the welsh plugs over the idle discharge circuits? A lot of crud can remained untouched in there.
