I got this trihull about 8 years ago from a grandpa-in-law, we used it a few years before we got busy, then soft floor turned into failed repairs from a couple shops.
But, figured I'd make an actual thread for the progress, because indeed some progress gets made (and sometimes 2 steps backwards)

I'll attach some time-series pictures and some story behind each phase in this single thread.

Some pictures of it after paint - so, it had a "new floor and stringers" - but guy did a bad job, and he stored it improperly so after paint, had to remove floor and stringers from water damage, which then led to discovering transom was rotten (why didnt he do transom when doing stringers?)

And I'm down to some peanut butter and fairly cleaned up.

I could probably grind down a lot more - but there is just sooo much filler to grind out to get to the original shape of the hull.
Theres probably an inch of filler to go, if not more in some places. Just an awful lot of material to remove, and grinding is not fun.
Should I keep grinding, or just get it "good enough" and begin stringers?
