Most of the mid 70's 'trons seem pretty solid. I have two 1976 models. A T-166 and a V-195. The 195 was well cared for by previous owners and is solid as a rock. I gust finished replacing all the wood in the little 166. Ut had been left unprotected for years.<br /><br />If the boat is in good shape and the price is right, I would buy it, but then again, I have a thing for old Glastrons. It's been around for 26 years, if still solid, it has likely proven itself not to be too problematic. What engine does it have?
