Hi everyone I'am new to the forum and have a question on my motor, I just had a water pump and new seals put in the lower unit and the carbs cleaned. I picked up my boat and took it to the lake for a test. Ran the boat for about five minutes and the overheat horn went off. I called the guy who worked on it and he said bring it back in. I felt on the right side of the head it was hot and the left side was cool. Here is my question do think the cooper tube on the right side of the motor is not lined up and not getting enough water to the head or do you think I have a blown head gasket ? That is what he said is wrong with it. Just don't know if he is telling me the truth. I had water coming out under the bottom of the motor under the kalling.
