My motor has 2 ports that the water sprays out on the back of the motor. I just replaced the water pump because it wasn't moving water. After I replaced the impeller it still isn't moving water. What do I do now?

Welcome aboard.

Did you put the impeller key in that locks the impeller to the driveshaft?

Yes I did. This is the second one I put in. I just put one in my Force 80 last week and it works great. The ports at the rear of the motor are bone dry. Not even mist

What motor?? Running it on a boat on the lake, or in a bucket?

There is no tell tale shown on a 77 model.------Folks maintained their motors back then, did not need a telltale.-----Water does not pour out of those 2 holes at idle.----It may spit out a bit when thermostat opens.------You have inspected the thermostat ?----You have checked that poppit valves are free to move in the grommets ?----You have at least tested your over heat horn ?
