1977 mercruiser (water in oil)

just purchased a 1977 regal regancy 210 with a ford 302 mercruiser outdrive.I bought without knowing any of the history of it ,was told it was running 2 yrs. ago allthough the last sticker on the boat is 1997.I tinkered around with a got it running,when i first checked the oil it was clean,after running it a few times in the driveway with muffs and a hose there is now some water in the oil,kinda disappointed because it starts real easy and sounds good while it is running.this is my first post on this sight so any help would be greatly appreciated

May have just been a lot of condensation in the oil pan, change it and run it.
Then repost

Ayuh,.... Put an hour or two onto it,+ See if the oil level is Rising.....
