1977 Slickcraft motor quest.

Hi! I am picking up a 1977 Slickcraft and the guy said it has a V8 mercruiser in it. Is this most likey going to be a 350 small block??

Could be a 305, 350, 377 (SBC), or 454, 502 (BBC), Or it could even be a Ford engine.... If you have an engine serial number we can check it for you...

Well I wish I had that for ya but the boat is in another state and I'm not picking it up till next week. I'm leaning towards a 350 but we shall see!

Ayuh,... The last 77 Slickcraft I junked out was a 351 Ford...
