1978 evinrude 115ETL78C

i was recently given a 17 foot mako with a 115 evinrude. the number on the motor is 115ETL78C and i am having trouble finding parts for this exact model. most are 115ETZ78C parts. are the parts the same for both engines.(carb kit, fuel pump, water pump)
