That's all for now. Next steps, as far as I know:
finish hogging out the transom scraps,
clean clean clean,
glass in a new transom (which I am debating making 2 1/4" thick instead of 1 1/2". This might be too much overkill),
redo the back glass (gel-coat, or??),
install the gas tank (which may happen prior to the transom since I have a nice straight shot in to that chamber and I do a lot of solo work),
replace the missing foam and floor structure,
locate the placement for the off-shore bracket and install this and the motor,
measure and install motor controls (Which I would love to have dual control for so I can drive from inside the cabin but also steer from the back so I can pull crab pots and fish more safely),
Install new fuel fill hose, fuel level indicator and gauge,
Paint!
Fix the crappy glass taping job the guys did on the hard-side cabin enclosure, fix the front overhang mistakes, install windshield wipers, buy an anchor and rope and whatever else I am gonna need for that, etc etc etc
Have to figure out if I am going to install a used 38 gallon aluminum fuel tank that I have, which does have some pitting from where the straps used to hold it down but held pressure and did not show leaks anywhere when I pressurized it. I am not sure if this pitting can be patched. The install will have the tank supported on plastic strips embedded in 5200, so prolonged water contact should not be an issue. Other if I am going to win the lottery and buy a plastic moeller tank
