ok i got same motor, first are all cylnders fireing?? after running for like a min or 2 feel around the block where cylnders are and make sure its all hot or at least warm, then u will know its all sparking and running. second check compression just go buy a compressin tester at a auto parts store. and check carbs my motor was running real slow i replaced the gasket on 1 carb and gained 1,000 rpm and like 10-15mph so check those and let us know
