1978 Merc V-6 T&T limit switch

The T&T limit / indicator switch on this motor has rusted and rotted beyond repair. I have been told by a couple dealers that a replacement is not available. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get one or retrofit something else in its place.<br /><br />Thanks!<br /><br />WPannkuk

A V-6 sender is available, the in-line one is not. The Merc P/N for the V-6 trim sender is 821180A 6 and retails around $38.00. The tilt switch is available and the Merc P/N is 86485A 6 and it retails around $105.00. Your local prices may vary.<br /><br />Good Luck!
