1979 115 evinrude has no spark

Hello how m kinda new to boat motors. I have a 79 115 evinrude. Last time I used it it fired up fine. This season I tried to fire it up in the yard and I have no spark on all 4 cylinders. I’ve unplugged the harness and jumped the solenoid still no spark.

It was not mentioned.----Charge the battery and load test the battery.

Battery tested good. took it to advanced auto and had it checked.

Starter motor must spin the flywheel at 250 RPM +to generate spark.
