Depends upon the motivation of the buyer. Realistically, not worth much. if in excellent cosmetic condition and it runs well and has all the controls and wiring cable AND power trim/tilt--500-750 for the right buyer. Most would not want the engine at any price simply because of the name.
Me? I buy them as junk and restore them-- I think those era Chryslers were a classic hood and midleg design-- to me they just look "right"
Here's my 1970 something 140 late 70, early 80s lower and midleg. Distributor ignition. (it was assembled from several engines)
