Hi,
50-1 is correct. Drain lower unit and inspect for a milky color which means water intrusion.
If it looks like old / dirty oil , should be fine.
If you find some metal shavings/ flakes, on the lower magnetic screw , its normal.
I'm not sure how much yours holds .
It would be in the manual for your motor.
Fill from bottom hole, until it comes out the top hole.
Replace the washers / seals on both screws/ plugs.
Good-Luck,
KYHunter

The gearcase holds 26.6 ounces, dry. Drain the gearcase with the motor in neutral and in running position. Give it 15-20 minutes or longer if it is cold out. Turn the prop occasionally to break up air pockets in the old oil.

When the oil comes out of the top hole, replace that top plug first before removing your oil supply, you will not lose as much trying to get the lower plug back in.
