1979 Evinrude 115

I just got an old 1979 Invader tri-hull with an Evinrude 115 of the same year on it. Looks clean & well maintained except for sitting for 10 or more years. I'd like to try and start it. Obvious things to me would be Spark Plugs... and clean fuel. I know it's a 50:1 2-Stroke. Mix the oil in the Tank? Any other suggestions of things to do before I try to start?
