1979 Johnson 70 Prop shaft seal replacement

Gear oil was milky so I pressure tested the LU and found air and oil leaking out around prop shaft. I have the seals (and the OMC flywheel puller and manual) and am about to go ahead with replacing them (along with the bearing carrier O-ring and the water pump while I'm at it), but just wanted to get any tips or "while you're in there"s from the collective wisdom here. Thanks!

"While you are in there" you might as well do the drive-shaft seals and the shift-rod seal as well perhaps.
