1979 mercury 7.5 pull start assembly

Can someone go over the assembly procedure for the whole pull start. 7.5 horse, 1979. Rope broke and I took it apart to replace the rope and the pawls/washers fell out and I want to make sure i put it back together correctly.

Note older starters don't us item 23. First make sure that #2 has 2 good tabs to lock the nut, next clean and dry items 16 to 25 then sit the shaft on end and put 3 Small dabs of grease on it and Assm. as the picture shows small Am'ts of grease on parts 25 to 16 to help with Assm. and lube, when done place the assembled sheeve into the housing with the lock tab and nut snug use a large screwdriver and turn the shaft counterclock wise till you get the right tension on the handle (about 2 turns) tighten the nut and secure with the tab.
