At close to 40 years old, it's all about condition, condition and condition. She may have been the best built boat ever when new, but she's way past new.

Crawl all over her and go for test drive.

Completely understand, just never heard of this make.

A 22 foot "Offshore" boat is an oxymoron, like Military Intelligence. (tongue in cheek)

Made outta' South Florida, I think. I don't think they're in business any longer. That's about all I know about them.

over the past 100 years, about 100,000 boat builders have come and gone. most before the internet has been around

here in florida alone, there must have been about 30,000 boat builders alone that have come and gone. many only having built one or two boats.

on a 40 year old boat, its all condition.......

For a very brief time in 2009 I had a North American 22' cuddy. I only paid $100 for the hull and got the trailer in a barter deal. Nice lines on the boat but once I got it home and realized how much work and expense it needed, I sold it.

For $200. :D

Seriously though the rot below decks was bad. The stringers had delaminated from the hull.

Thanks for the comments, decided I'm going to save my pennies for a Bertram 23 or 25 fixer upper.
