1980 35HP Evinrude Water Tube Bushing Obsolete

I am rebuilding my 1980 E35ELCSM outboard. The Water Tube Guide item #114, part #321513 listed under the Exhaust Housing parts breakdown is obsolete. It is a bushing/guide that the water tube goes through on the internal exhaust housing. Mine is melted and burned to a crisp.

Can anyone help me with a solution for this?
