1980 DT40 will not pee!

My brother has a 1980 suzuki DT40 that will not pee. Water does come out the exhaust. Should it pee or not?serial#001723 He also plans to sell it, could any one say what it might be worth? It is a very clean motor, and im in the seattle area if that helps. THANKS.

It should come out immediatly after startup, have a prod around in the hole , probably sand or something similar. Cant help with the resale value.

My suggestion is that you blow out the pee hole with air. This will correct the issue. It is a blockage.
