1980 Evin 60hp drive shaft oil seal HELP HELP PLEASE

Hello chaps, My engine is a 60hp 2cly 1980.
I'm attempting a lower unit rebuild and have hit a wall.

The housing for the drive shaft bearing oil seal was worn. letting some water into the gear box.

My question is does this housing come apart so I can fit the oil seal?

Do i need a special tool?

I'm thinking of freezing the part to see if it helps break the thread. If it is two pieces?

By looking at the parts breakdown, the housing is one piece and the driveshaft seals are pressed in from the top, back to back.

Hi, thanks for the reply, the seal sent to me is one piece and looks to big.

Would you have a link to the parts breakdown list.
