1980 Johnson 4.5hp compression question

I have a chance to pick up a 1980 Johnson 4.5hp with integral tank. Motor is very clean and appears to be well looked after. Didn't have muffs to run it, but it started on second pull and was shut off right away. It has strong spark and cold compression test showed 80 on top and 85 on bottom. From what I've read on forums the compression seems to be on the low side. My question is, because the comp numbers are close would this motor be worth purchasing? (asking $200 Can) Thanks in advance.

Install a new impeller before using that motor !

Thanks, will do....I have a new one here for the last 4.5 that I had.....I learned a lesson though, this one is gonna be locked, bolted (and whatever else I can think of) to the boat.,,,Thanks again.
