What do I look for when at WOT I lose RPMs (-1000) and then she kicks back up to 4500, Is there a simple way of diagnosing if it is an electrical or fuel problem. I have a heavy boat and she moves good. I don't want to spend alot of money on this motor, I would like to get another season out if it. But would any one know if this is a serious problem. The RPM loss is not all the time just once in a while but definetly at least once in the course of a day out on the water. Is this something that an outboard does before it blows.
