1981 40 hp wot rpms

Serial number 7207752 Canadian made 40 hp. I have a tiny tac ripoff from china.. With a 10 3/8 x 13 prop it bounces between 4900 and 5000 RPMS. And with a 10 pitch prop it bounces between 5500 and 5600 RPMS... I am not sure what the wot range rpms are for this motor.. It has a label saying 40 hp at 5500 RPMS. Should I be worried about 5600 RPMS AND IS 4900 rpms too low? I think I will be looking for an 11 pitch prop.

WOT range for the 1981 40hp is 5000 - 5500 rpm. In 84, when it was prop rated as a 35hp, the WOT range was 5400 - 6000. I doubt 5600 will harm it
