1982 150 Evinrude Starter mounts broken off

Hi All so my 1982 Evinrude that I just did the power head on Last year has had the mounts broken off. Is this a right off or can a good welder for Cast work some magic ? Is it worth it ?

I would ask an master tig welder, they might want the block stripped down, still worth it.

I will start the removal today and Try to post some pictures, Has anyone seen this before is it common?

I would tow it over to a welder before breaking it down, get an opinion first.
Theres been other problems like this posted here, some are weldable some aren't.
