I have a 35 hp evinrude outboard. When I throttle to high speed, sometimes it feels like I hit an object in the water (like a small log or large stick). The motor feels like it bumps (like I really hit something) at this point. I don't notice the motor changing sounds or like a loss of power except for the bump. Motor doesn't over rev and only occasionally does this bump. I really can figure out if it is the motor or maybe prop. Any suggestions? Thanks.
