with a chunk like that missing it will cause a vibaration and may lead to other problems not to mention performance. as far as bigger prop what exactly are you trying to change
You can have it repaired at a prop shop.Not good to run a prop the is unbalanced and probably out of pitch. Prop size should be on the barrel or under the prop nut.Can't make an informed prop change without base line rpm and speed.Please read the stickies at the top of the page and the helps
on the iboats prop store page.You can get a tinytach reasonable and erasy to install.Speed by a borrowed gps.Without the info you should stick with the size you have.
