Hello all,
New to the forum and usually dont post. I am taking on a project i have limited experience with. I am restoring a bass tracker II 1982. It was given to me by my grandfather and I think it would make the family happy if i restored it. IT needs EVERYTHING.
I have stripped it down to mostly bones.
Removed all foam because it was waterlogged.
I am wondering from the guys with more experience if you guys think I need to re-foam ALL of the areas the boat previously had foam or if I could leave some out and that would provide me with much more storage? Also what type of foam am I looking for?
Marine grade plywood- Where the hell do you find this stuff. commercial stores look like they have terrible reviews. could i just polyurthane the hell out of some regular plywood?
