Going to be either spark or fuel - dahhhhh! First squeeze the bulb when you sense it is going to bog down. Also check the plugs for unburned fuel. While the plugs are out check for spark.

One of the most common problems with used motors just purchased is old fuel from the previous owner. Unless you are absolutely sure the fuel is fresh, purge all lines, fuel pump and drain the tank. Then rebuild the carbs - not just clean the outside and drain the float chamber but install new kits.

Check Search at top of the page and read old posts. Your problem is reported almost daily. Also get a manual for your motor or hit your library.

That should be a sweet set-up when you get it sorted out.
