1983 115 wirst pins

This my first attempt at a rebuild. Is this right? I replaced the old caged bearings with the loose needle bearings & washers. It seems to me that there is way to much space for the washers to move around.
New pistion part # GLM24020, bearing part # GLM16220

It is fine....that is the way it is supposed to be.

It may be correct, but it just seems to me that an 1/8" is a lot of room for the washers and needles to move around.

Thanks for your input I was starting to get discouraged about the rebuild.
