Is there a replacement for the temp sensor on the heads.can it be bypassed? Or is there another way

You wouldn't want to bypass them, as you would lose overheat warnings. Whats wrong with yours? I know they are expensive. If you google around you can probably find a generic snap disc thermostat that will fit the bore for cheap.

Bombardier has discontinued this temp switch. 386686. A number of Bombardier dealers across the US still have new stock on that part. This particular dealer shows 3 in stock: AHLSTRAND MARINE CO, MUNDELEIN, IL, 60060. Phone (847) 949-8899
