1983 cimmaron stress crack on bottom of hull

so while washing the boat i noticed a crack near on of the ribs. not good. knocked on it and it sounds hollow and can flex it pressing firmly on the spot . what do you think rotten stringer??? i didnt hit anything can this be fixed by pulling up the floor and possibly laying additional glass on the inside and or repairing a stringer if ones pressent???

Cut the floor open, it will probably be a stringer repair job and hull patch from inside the hull.
